How to give access and rights to Client and Carrier portal

The customer portal can be activated from the customer profile.

Step 1. Open the partners list

Navigate to:
Lists → Partners → All Partners

Step 2. Open the customer profile

Search for the customer and click Edit icon. image.png

Step 3. Grant portal access

Select the manager you want to grant portal access to, then click Grant Access. Press image.pngimage-1782722303125.png

Step 4. Send the invitation

Go to the Clients & Carriers Portal section, review the permissions, and click image.png.
