How to give access and rights to Client and Carrier portal

The customer portal can be activated from the customer profile.

Step
1.Open OpenLists in the partnerstop listnavigation bar. Select Partners.

Navigate

Click to:
Lists → Partners → All Partners.

4. 2. OpenFind the customerrequired profilepartner.

Search forClick the customer and click Edit icon.icon . image.png to open the partner profile.

6. 3.Select Grantthe contact who should receive portal accessaccess.
7. Press image.pngto open Contact info.

    Click Grant Access. Configure the required portal permissions. Click Save.

    Select the manager you want to grant portal access to, then click Grant Access. Press image.pngimage-1782722303125.png

    Step 4. Send the invitation

    Go to the Clients & Carriers Portal section, review the permissions, and click image.png.
